Dawn McCarthy is the founder and director of The Specialists Insurance Brokerage Inc.   Dawn overseas the daily operations of the agency managing all aspects of the business in conjunction with the entire Service Team. In addition to his leadership role, Dawn continues the company tradition of being directly involved with clients. He takes an active role in building and maintaining relationships with new and longtime clients, both personal and business. She is also active in the community serving a number of organizations.
